Which areas of Hsinchu does Wanyu serve?
Wanyu serves Hsinchu City and nearby areas including East District, North District, Zhubei City, and surrounding townships. If you're further afield, please reach out — longer distances are sometimes accommodated depending on scheduling.
How far in advance should I book?
For Dewy Skin Focus or Conference Presence sessions, a few days' notice is usually sufficient. For the Luxe Anniversary Celebration — which includes a prior consultation and trial — booking 3 to 4 weeks ahead is strongly recommended to allow proper planning.
What should I prepare before the artist arrives?
Clean, moisturised skin is ideal. A well-lit area near a window works beautifully if available. Wanyu brings all professional tools and products — you don't need to provide anything. If you have specific skin sensitivities or preferred products, please mention them when booking.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Wanyu selects products that are as gentle as they are effective, with a preference for hydrating, non-irritating formulations. Clients with known sensitivities are encouraged to share details in advance so the product selection can be adapted accordingly.
What is the booking and payment process?
Send a booking request via the contact form or by phone. Once the session details are confirmed, Wanyu will share payment instructions. For the Luxe Anniversary Celebration, a partial deposit is requested to secure the date and initiate the consultation process.
Can I request a particular style or reference images?
Absolutely. Sharing inspiration images or describing a style in your own words helps Wanyu understand your preferences. The consultation process — included in the Luxe Anniversary service and available informally for all bookings — is a good opportunity for this conversation.
